An existing 2 story shopping plaza at the corners or Glendale Heights Road and Bloomingdale Road in Glendale Heights needed a major facade restoration. The building had fallen into disrepair and sections of the existing balcony had started to fail. The entire facade including the balcony, railings, sidewalks, and storefront window system were removed and replaced. Pre-finished aluminum panels and column wraps were used to provide a new look to the building. A new concrete patio were added for outdoor seating. New ramps and stairs were added to provided accessibility for disabled customers.
